Never have I ever practiced yoga in a glow-in-the-dark environment.
If you’re looking for a new spin on the standard downward dog, POP Allston has a unique class. Despite the party vibe, this class is a also a great fitness-driven yoga class that left my legs feeling sore the next day.
Glow yoga instructor, Ali Singer, started teaching the class when POP Allston opened in September 2015.
“I get a lot of college kids. I think they come for the music, and the body paint, and the fun vibes,” said Singer
Singer enjoys teaching this unique class and creating the playlist for it each week. She commented on her Facebook page that the most common question she gets after class is “What was that song!?”
“It’s definitely not your traditional yoga class,” said Singer. “If you like electronic music then it’s going to be a good time.”
